Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Housing is shared with four (4) employees to a unit and includes utilities. Cost of housing, if accepted, is $212.50-$220.00 per bi-weekly pay period. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A $450.00 security deposit is required. The security deposit will be deducted from paycheck in equal $50.00 installments from worker’s first nine (9) paychecks. Up to $250.00 of the security deposit is refundable upon the unit passing move out inspection. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401k plan. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck. Worker will be provided one meal per shift.
Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
Job Duties
Dishwashers will be responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, preparing (without cooking) various foods to be cooked or served, and sorting and removing trash. Applicant must possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm or 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
