Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging. Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-arranged housing (cost TBD). No daily transportation to/from workers' home and primary worksite. Such transportation complies with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations.
Requirements
Must be available to work all shifts: 8am - 3:30 pm and/or 3pm to 10:30 pm. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
Job Duties
Perform a thorough cleaning of all guest rooms, hallways, lobby, restrooms, elevators, stairways, function space and other common areas which may consist of but is not limited to the following: cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms; cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, dusting, clearing plates, making beds, bussing tables and washing dishes, emptying wastebaskets; cleaning and dusting windows and walls; sorting, folding, replacing, and stocking linen and terry; replacing guest supplies; keeping storage areas and carts stocked and organized.
