Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Housing is offered and optional on a first come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, including utilities, if accepted, is up to $675.00 per bi-weekly pay period for single occupancy rooms and $337.50 per bi-weekly pay period for multiple occupancy rooms. If used, total cost of housing and utilities will be deducted from paycheck. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, vision, and 401k. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck. All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.
Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of housekeeping experience at a hotel, resort, private club, or other commercial setting. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense.
Job Duties
Room Attendants will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at Isla Bella Beach Resort’s property, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washing windows. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
