Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
Job Duties
Workers will perform commercial and residential maintenance including fall/winter storm cleanup, shovel, throw, and plow snow. Chip ice, spread salt, apply salt treatments to pavement and walks. Snow/ice equipment maintenance. Use hand tools and equipment such as snow shovel, plow, snow thrower, salt spreader, and ice chippers. Clean and perform routine maintenance and/or minor repairs on equipment and tools when not in use. Entry level, requires supervision.
