Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)

Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Voluntary deductions must be pre-authorized in writing and may include the following: First set of uniforms provided at no cost. Employer may deduct cost for replacement uniforms due to employee negligence. If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging (exact cost of rent TBD; not to exceed $58 weekly as per Wis Admin DWD § 272.03(3)(a))). Housing costs paid directly to landlord and are not payroll deducted.Employer will offer daily transportation to and from the worksite from a centralized designated pick-up place at no cost to workers. Use of this transportation is voluntary. Employer provides incidental transport between job sites. Such transportation complies with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations.

Requirements

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Post-hire random drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.

Job Duties

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, assist with sprinkler installation, leaf cleanup/debris removal. Loading/unloading landscape equipment/materials; clean equipment/worksite when job is complete. Entry level; requires supervision.
