Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Emplyr makes all payrll deducts req by law. Emplyr doesnt envision other wrkfrce-wide payrll deducts. Vol. advances/loans made to wrkrs may be repaid by pre-authd payrll deducts. Uniform provided at no cost. Emplyr deducts cost for vol. purchase of addt’l uniforms for wrkr’s benefit & for replacement uniforms due to negligence. Emplyr offers opt. health ins./savings/retire plans; participation is vol. If reqstd emplyr helps non-local wrkrs secure opt’l wrkr-paid lodging. Emplyr deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/util based on # of occupants for wrkrs electing to reside in emplyr-provided housng (cost TBD). Emplyr deducts for reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging. Emplyr deducts for vol. boot purchase program. No daily trnsprt to/from wrkrs' home/primary wrksite. Emplyr provides incidental trnsprt between multiple wrksites as nec. Such trnsprt complies w/ all applicable Federal/State/local laws/regulations.
Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Post-hire background checks may be required of foreign and domestic workers based on contract requirements. Employment eligibility (e-Verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire motor vehicle record check required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
Job Duties
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: lay sod, mulch, mow, trim, plant, water, fertilize, dig, rake, and remove trash/debris, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Maintain/repair tools/equipment as needed. Entry level; requires supervision.
