Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging. Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-arranged housing (cost TBD). Employer may deduct retirement plan contributions for workers voluntarily participating in plan. Eligibility for any benefit plans occurs the first of the quarter following your hire date. No daily transportation to/from workers' home and primary worksite. Such transportation complies with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations.
Requirements
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, when required. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Applicants must complete an employment application. Fluent English skills required. Must lift/carry up to 25 lbs, when necessary. Must be able to stand during entire shift. Basic knowledge of computers required as the position involves use of data management systems. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
Job Duties
Check-in/check-out of guests, make and change room reservations, answer telephone, take messages, provide wake-up calls, issue room keys, post charges to room folios, make change for guests and provide information to guests. Follow required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
