Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging. Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-arranged housing (cost TBD). Employer provides incidental transportation between worksites as necessary. Employer may deduct reasonable costs for daily transportation to/from worksite from designated pick-up location. Use of employer-provided transportation is voluntary.
Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Standard workweek is 4 days per week. Friday and Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
Job Duties
***RFI Response*** Right of Way Laborer/Landscapers will perform the stated tasks to keep clear/maintain vegetation around pre-established private utility rights of way. ***Original F.a.2*** Workers will maintain existing rights of way by hand clearing brush and pruning dormant trees/shrubs from ground level using pruning saws, shears, rakes, pruning poles, electric clippers, and brush trimmers. Workers may use chainsaw or axe to cut up trees/large branches that have fallen across rights of way. Work is performed entirely on the ground. Load and unload equipment/materials/supplies. Must follow all safety regulations and Creo Green Energy LLC safety guidelines, including but not limited to employer-provided personal protective equipment.
