Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law unless agreed to. H-2B Workers who paid visa, border and or other visa related fees, including those mandated by the government, will be reimbursed by employer in the first workweek. If requested, the employer may assist non-local workers in securing optional worker-paid lodging (not to exceed the fair market value, based on the number of occupants; cost TBD). Housing costs are paid directly to the landlord and are not payroll deducted.

Job Duties
Perform tasks involving physical labor. Tasks will include loading, unloading and moving tools and supplies. Clean and prepare sites; dig, fill and remove excavated dirt, level ground, stack materials, collect trash and reusable materials; may assist other craft workers by transporting materials, setting and stripping forms, placing reinforcement materials, holding and positioning tools and materials, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Tools may include, shovels, wheelbarrows, rakes, hand tampers, etc. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Post Hire/Employer Paid Drug Test. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Wolfe City, TX. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
