Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Optional housing is offered. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $175.00 per bi-weekly pay period and includes Wi-Fi. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A $250.00 security deposit is required, to be deducted from first paycheck. $225.00 of the security deposit will be refunded at the end of the season based on inspection, and the remaining $25.00 will be kept for a cleaning fee.
Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense. U.S. or International Driver's License is required to drive throughout the property in Club-owned vehicles.
Job Duties
Front Desk Agents will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, taking reservations, distributing resort information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. May occasionally need to assist guests by carrying guest luggage to or from their rooms. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am – 5:00pm or 4:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional details.
