None. The employer does not provide housing. The employer will assist workers in locating rental housing in the Gunnison Valley (Crested Butte South, Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte, Almont and Gunnison, Colorado). Any housing the worker chooses to rent is at the worker's own expense: the worker pays rent and any deposit directly to the landlord, and no housing cost of any kind is deducted from the worker's wages. Acceptance of the employer's assistance is optional.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age (Colorado minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages). Must be able to stand and walk for the full shift, carry trays and bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds, and work evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to communicate with guests in English sufficiently to take and confirm orders.
Job Duties
Providing direct service to table customers, supporting the kitchen staff when needed, cleaning up inside and outside the restaurant prior to and after each shift, cleaning the patio tables and umbrellas before and after each shift, restocking supplies before and after each shift, and generally performing any other responsibilities needed based on activity at the restaurant.
