Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
Job Duties
Work on a team renovating homes for rent or resale. Tasks include: assisting carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades with all aspects of a home remodel. Assistance is provided to the trade workers by using, supplying, or holding materials and tools, and cleaning the work area and equipment for the skilled workers. Load / unload equipment and building materials. Clean-up work sites and dispose of waste and debris.
