At employees' request and employer's discretion, employer may provide employees with an interest-free loan or cash advance. In this event, the employer may, with written consent and by request of the employee, subtract an amount from the employee's paycheck consistent with both parties' agreed terms of repayment for the loan or cash advance. Subject to availability, the employer will offer shared housing to employees who are not reasonably able to return to their residence at the end of the day. Should an employee wish to rent employer-provided housing, rent will be due at a rate of $100 per week pursuant to a written lease agreement. Utilities are not included & will be split by occupants. Refundable $400 deposit is rqd. Rent may be paid using any valid form of payment or via payroll deduction. RAISES AND/OR BONUSES MAY BE OFFERED TO ANY WORKER IN THE SPECIFIED OCCUPATION, AT THE COMPANY'S SOLE DISCRETION, BASED ON INDIVIDUAL FACTORS INCLUDING WORK PERFORMANCE, SKILL AND TENURE.

Work on Saturdays may be required.
Job Duties
Utilize shovel to remove snow and ice from commercial rooftops and other elevated structures. Shovel snow from other surfaces such as walkways, driveways, and parking lots. Spread salt as needed to prevent icing. Operate hand and power equipment such as shovels and snow blowers.
