Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law. In addition, the employer intends to make the following deductions from the worker’s paycheck which are not required by law: For any worker who opts into the housing, the $150.00 weekly charge for housing will be deducted from the worker’s pay. Employer has negotiated with a local provider a discounted rate of $150/week for optional shared housing. For any worker who opts into the housing, the housing expense will be deducted from their pay. Pay raises are based on merit, length of time on job, quantity and quality of work produced, dependability and adherence to procedures and policies.
Requirements
Post-employment random drug testing & background checks may be required, at no cost to the worker. The job requires the applicant to be qualified, ready, willing, able, & available to perform during the entire employment at the designated worksite; to enter into & comply with employment contract; to follow workplace rules.
Job Duties
Help installation, maintenance, and repair workers in maintenance, parts replacement, and repair of vehicles, industrial machinery, and electrical and electronic equipment. Perform duties such as furnishing tools, materials and supplies to other workers; cleaning work area, machines, and tools; and holding materials or tools for other workers.
