Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Employer will provide without charge company-specific uniform, as applicable, and all tools, supplies and equipment necessary to perform duties assigned. Employer assists non-local workers to secure worker-paid lodging, if necessary. Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-provided housing.
Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire drug testing required of all workers in the position, both foreign and domestic, at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident. Pre-employment background checks required of all workers in the position, both foreign and domestic.
Job Duties
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, mulching, raking, assist with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, and other incidentals for residential landscape projects & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011.
