Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Voluntary deductions must be pre-authorized in writing and may include the following: If requested, employer assists non-local workers to secure worker-paid lodging. Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-provided housing (cost TBD). Employer will deduct for reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging facilities. Employer provides incidental transportation between job sites as necessary. Such transportation complies with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws/regulations. No daily transportation to/from workers' home and primary worksite.
Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
Job Duties
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging and raking. Duties may include cleaning residential/commercial properties/grounds using pressure washing equipment. Must exercise independent judgment; may be asked to demonstrate tasks to other employees but position does not include supervision of other workers.
