Housing provided by employer

The employer states housing is provided for workers. Terms below are the employer's own stated terms as filed with the U.S. Department of Labor — TurnSeasons has not verified them.

Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)

Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, including cost of water, trash, and internet, if accepted, is $375.00 - $550.00 per bi-weekly pay period. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A security deposit totaling $125.00 is required and will be deducted in $5.00 increments from each paycheck during the season. The deposit may be refunded at the end of the season, at the employer’s sole discretion, based on the condition of the apartment. Additional optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including health insurance, 401k matching, two (2) weeks of paid time off, and five (5) paid sick days. Workers become eligible after three (3) months of employment. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck. All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.

Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employer's expense.
