Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging. Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-arranged housing (cost TBD). Voluntary advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaid by pre-authorized payroll deductions. Employer provides incidental transportation between worksites as necessary. Employer offers free daily transportation to/from worksite from designated pick-up location. Use of transportation is voluntary.
Requirements
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
Job Duties
Keep residential building sites clear of snow using shovels (primarily). When not removing snow, clean/prepare constructions sites to eliminate obstacles/hazards. May clean work areas and equipment, control traffic around work zones, load and unload equipment/materials/supplies. May assist other workers in lifting, carrying, and holding tools and equipment. Remove, fill or compact and level earth to grade specifications. Entry level; requires supervision.
