Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
All deductions required by law will be made. Limited pre-secured third party housing may be available on a first come/first serve basis with rents paid directly to third-party landlord which will include transportation to and from the worksite. Once Limited housing is filled, employer will assist workers in finding housing with third-party landlords by providing a contact list. 2 weeks of rent and a $200 security deposit due at move-in to our pre-secured third party housing. There are no deductions from pay for housing rent or housing deposit. Daily transportation provided: Daily transportation offered from work and back only from Company approved third party leased housing. Optional Deductions from Paycheck: Company Auto Enroll in a 1% contribution to 401k. Able to opt out by call 401k company Any elected benefits employee signs up for.
Requirements
Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day and lift, push, and pull a minimum of 25 lbs. Able to communicate and understand English. Have, or Ability to Obtain prior to start date, VT Department of Liquor Control License is mandatory. Pre-hire background check required. References might be requested. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Days and Shifts: Following Shifts are available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 5am-1pm, 10am-6pm, 4pm-12am, 4pm-3am, 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm, 4pm-12am, 6:30am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 10:15am-5pm, 10:15am-10pm, 3pm-10pm, 7am-3pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly wages: Lodge worksite rate is $7.25 plus tips. Club worksite rate is $14 plus tips and a portion of service charges charged to the customers. Company guarantees each worker will receive enough in hourly pay, tips and service charges to earn at least a minimum of $28.23 per hour. Overtime may be available. Company guarantees each worker will receive enough in hourly pay and tips, or hourly pay and tips and service charges to earn at least a minimum of $42.35 per hour. Fringe Benefits: Free shift meals and access to all discounts and benefits of any worker with the same hire status.
Job Duties
Take food orders, enter orders into POS system, and serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in dining establishments and room service operations. Set restaurants for service, clear plates and glassware. Perform opening and closing side work which may include deep cleaning of the work areas.
