Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $500.00 - $1,200.00 per month. Spanish Peaks Mountain Club uses an online portal, StarRez, for housing. Employees will be required to sign up for an account and make all of their payments via debit, credit, or ACH online. A small service fee is included with each non-ACH transaction (approximately 3.5% of the transaction amount for a credit card and a $7.95 fee per transaction for a debit card). A $250.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required, which will be paid via the StarRez portal prior to moving in. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to 401k and seasonal health plan (associates become eligible the 1st of the month following their first 30 days of employment). If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.
Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense.
Job Duties
Room Attendants will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rental properties, private member properties, clubhouse rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at the employer’s property, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washing interior windows using a cloth and cleaning spray. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
