Lodgekeeping Drivers will be responsible for ensuring all Lodgekeeping team members are safely transported to their assigned areas, transporting employees and members on club grounds, following all driver safety precautions, ensuring vehicles are prepared to be driven by checking exterior and interior for any issues, reporting any vehicle or building damage, driving shuttles to and from employee housing, the Club, and other designated stops, supporting Lodgekeepers in cleaning and maintaining lodges, restaurants, recreation areas, Public/Common areas, locker rooms, rest rooms, departmental offices, and Employee areas cleaning residences, including removing trash, stocking amenities in vehicles, maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion, and assisting with laundry (occasionally loading cleaning rags in and out of front-load, residential style, stacked washers and dryers and occasionally folding linen hand towels used in front-of-house restrooms). Lodgekeeping Drivers are frequently required to lift up to 25-50 pounds. Schedule: 35 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times, including OT. Work schedule can vary and can include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Lodgekeeping Supervisor

Lodgekeeping Supervisors will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of lodgekeeping personnel, assigning Lodgekeepers their duties, inspecting work for conformance to standards of cleanliness, ensuring and overseeing the cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and appearance of all common and guest areas at Yellowstone Club’s property, including stairways, offices, hallways, bathrooms, restaurants, and retail space, assisting with laundering of Food & Beverage, Health and Wellness, and member laundry items, inspecting equipment and furnishings and preparing work orders for maintenance, ensuring that each Member and guest receives outstanding service, including greeting Members and guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, and interacting with Members and guests in a hospitable and professional manner. Lodgekeeping Supervisors will also be responsible for supporting Lodgekeepers and Lodgekeeping Drivers in cleaning and maintaining lodges, restaurants, recreation areas, Public/Common areas, locker rooms, rest rooms, departmental offices, and Employee areas cleaning residences, including removing trash, stocking amenities in vehicles, maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion, and assisting with laundry (occasionally loading cleaning rags in and out of front-load, residential style, stacked washers and dryers and occasionally folding linen hand towels used in front-of-house restrooms). Lodgekeeping Supervisors will also be responsible for assisting the Lodgekeeping Management team with supervising the daily operations of the Lodgekeeping department sometimes including billing and scheduling, and assisting in recruiting, selecting, and training department personnel as well as providing performance reviews. Lodgekeeping Supervisors are frequently required to lift up to 25-50 pounds. May supervise up to twenty (20) Lodgekeepers. Schedule: 35 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times, including OT. Work schedule can vary and can include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Maintenance II

Maintenance II will be responsible for providing engineering and maintenance services in support of acquisition, operation, and lifecycle maintenance of Club facilities, contributing to minor and major facilities improvements and renovations, managing repair, maintenance projects, and building improvements, coordinating maintenance efforts with engineering and other affected departments to minimize operational disruptions. Maintenance II is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, broilers, pumps, motors, plumbing systems, and electrical components, staying informed of, monitoring, maintaining, and performing tests on Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems, ice rink systems, pool mechanical systems, and snowmelt systems, and responding to emergencies involving these systems, providing working knowledge of fire sprinkler, emergency generator, and backup power systems, monitoring energy and utility usage of Club facilities, logging, tracking, and interpreting readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring units to support operation efficiency, ensuring confidentiality and security of visited rooms and homes, and maintaining the privacy of Members at all times. Maintenance II must adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and OSHA standards and respond to work orders through the Club’s CMMS system (Limble), ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation of all tasks. Maintenance II may need to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times, including OT. Work schedule can vary and can include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours will vary by location, which can be early morning, morning, afternoon, evening or late evening. There is also an overnight shift employees may be assigned to.
