Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Optional housing in the form of double-occupancy rooms is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, is up to $362.50 per bi-weekly pay period. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be deducted in $50 increments from the first five (5) paychecks to cover damage to housing. The deposit will be returned based on the condition of housing, at the employer’s sole discretion, in employee’s final paycheck. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including 401k for workers at least 21 years of age who have completed twelve (12) months of service with the Club.
Requirements
The petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
Job Duties
Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am – 6:00pm, 11:00am – 7:00pm, or 12:00pm – 8:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
