Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)

Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Voluntary deductions must be pre-authorized in writing and may include the following: Voluntary advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaid by pre-authorized payroll deductions. The employer offers optional retirement plans to its workers; participation in any such plan is voluntary. First set of uniforms provided at no cost. Employer may deduct cost for voluntary purchase of additional uniforms for worker’s benefit. Employer may deduct for replacement uniform due to employee negligence. Employer assists non-local workers to secure worker-paid lodging, if necessary. Employer will deduct for reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-provided housing.

Requirements

Must lift/carry 40 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.

Job Duties

Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary supplies before service. Prepare ingredients by cleaning, cutting, chopping, mixing, and portioning according to established recipes. Cook menu items using proper techniques including grilling, frying, sautéing, and other applicable methods. Plate and present dishes according to established standards and chef direction. Maintain food quality, consistency, and timing to support an excellent guest experience. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure accurate and timely order completion. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift and properly wash and store all equipment and utensils at close. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures, including inventory checks and food rotation.
