Pay deductions (employer's stated terms)
Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law. Employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Voluntary deductions must be pre-authorized in writing and may include the following: Voluntary advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaid by pre-authorized payroll deductions. First set of uniforms provided at no cost. Employer may deduct cost for voluntary purchase of additional uniforms for worker’s benefit. Employer may deduct for replacement uniforms due to employee negligence. The employer offers optional employee retirement plans to its workers; participation in any such plan is voluntary. Employer will deduct for reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-provided housing.
Requirements
Must lift/carry 20 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
Job Duties
Greet guests and provide table service with efficiency and courtesy. Present menus, answer questions regarding items, daily specials, and beverages, and make recommendations upon request. Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens. Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Maintain assigned station, including proper table setup, pre-bussing, cleaning, and resetting. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, host, and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow all health department regulations, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
